Join renowned Chef Adán Medrano as he leads a high-end culinary class for up to 8 people focused on Texas Mexican cooking. He’ll share techniques and expertise as he guides you through the preparation of a one-of-a-kind meal. After dinner, enjoy drinks and conversation with the chef. The class and dinner will be held at the winner’s home or location of their choosing.

Restrictions and Special Instructions

• Please contact Chef Medrano at adan@jmcommunications.com to schedule the culinary experience. At least 8 weeks advance notice require to schedule the Chef’s travel.
• Travel expenses from San Antonio to the city of the winner will be covered up to a maximum of $500. This can include travel and lodging. Any expenses over and above this limit to be covered by the winner.
